Childrens Parties Option 1 (during chiildrens show season)

Our option 1 children's parties are very special. Your group will be given the front seats with a perfect view of the show. At the end of the show the cast will sing happy birthday to your child, who will also recieve a special gift.

Your party can run however you'd like it to be. Basically the space is yours. Once the rest of the audience have left, the theatre is transformed into a fantastic party area. Music, Lights, Mini Disco, Party Games - you can even hire someone to organize the games for you.

You can either cater for yourselves or use our caterers to lay everything on.

Our children's parties can be run in various ways, mostly dependant on 2 factors;
1: How much you would like to do yourself and.
2: On your budget.

There are two time slots
and two styles, Buffet or sit up to the table.
(costs are the same)

Slot 1 12.30pm - 3.15pm
12.30pm - Meet at Theatre - Start party, food, games and disco
2.00pm - Take up front row seats for start of show
3.10pm - End show sing happy birthday with cast
3.15pm - Finish

Slot 2 3.45pm - 6.30pm
3.45pm - Meet at Theatre and take up front row seats
4.00pm - Start of Show
5.10pm - End of show sing happy birthday with cast
5.15pm - Start party, food, games and disco
6.30pm - Finish

The Costs
Fixed Costs
1.Whoever watches the show, mums, dads and children £7 per person
(min 10 max 50)

2. Theatre hire for allocated private party time £75

Optional Extras
1. Catering:- We are more than happy if you do this yourselves
or we can do this for you Guide price £5.00 per head.

2. Party Organiser:- An actor to be with the children during the party time when he or she will organise and play games with the children at a cost of £50.

3. Mini Disco:- As the Theatre has great lights and sound we can provide a technician to play music, stop/start for games etc at a cost of £20.
