Abbeyfest at Merton Abbey Mills will be playing host to 2 Olympic parties for our Olympic Borough, the London Borough of Merton, starting with an impromptu celebration as the Olympic torch passes by very close by to the site. Local businesses and the public will be able to witness the passing of the Olympic torch along Christchurch Road SW19 and then to return to the mills to celebrate the event where on the bandstand we will have a DJ playing interactive music together with kid’s activities and food stalls serving up afternoon hot snacks.

Run in collaboration with the London Borough of Merton.

Merton Abbey Mills again plays host to celebrate the closing of the Paralympics with an afternoon of community entertainment incorporating live music and performance around the Bandstand. There will be a Host DJ Compering local acts for open mic slots together with interactive family workshops in music and singing.
